Catalan Payment Account Specialist in Lisbon-1000 euros Bonus (with relocation) Job Description :
We are looking for a Payment Account Specialist for the Catalan market.

Responsibilities
* Assist Catalan-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
* Provide expert support on payment transactions, security procedures, and account management.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.
* Onsite in Lisbon
* Monday to Sunday - 24 / 7 Rotative Shifts (including night shifts).
* 40 hours per week - 8-hour shifts - 2 rotative days off
Mandatory Requirements
* C2 Catalan speaker + C1 English proficiency (language levels are mandatory).
* EU nationality or valid Portuguese residence permit (Manifestation of Interest or Residence Permit Card required).
* Customer support experience in a call center is a must.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations professionally.
Salary & Benefits
* Total Compensation : Approx. 1,098 / month (paid in 12 months), including :
* Complexity Bonus
* Health Insurance : Provided from Day 1 (free after 6 months).
* 1,000 Welcome Bonus (separate from the monthly salary).
Relocation Package
* Accomodation in a private bedroom for 280 euros per month (discounted on the salary)
* Flight reimbursement after 6 months
