Your role as a Business Partner for Finance and HR will involve:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Finance and HR departments to understand their goals, objectives, and operational needs.- Translate business requirements into actionable IT projects and solutions.- Act as the primary liaison between IT and the business areas, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.- Provide a holistic perspective on cross-departmental processes to identify synergies and align initiatives.- Communicate IT priorities, capabilities, and constraints effectively to stakeholders.- Ensure IT solutions are designed, implemented, and maintained to meet business requirements and expectations.- Contribute to the planning, design, and execution of IT solutions and projects.- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of IT solutions prior to involving business stakeholders to ensure quality and alignment with requirements.- Identify and manage risks associated with IT projects and initiatives.- Effectively communicate system changes, project updates, and timelines to stakeholders.- Provide training and support to business users to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes.- Monitor IT spending and ensure alignment with budget allocations.- Proactively identify opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and technology-driven improvements.Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Education:
- A university degree in a relevant field (e.G., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration).- A master’s degree is highly desirable.- Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT or consulting, with proven expertise in managing IT projects supporting Finance and HR functions.- Knowledge:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO) and Human Resources (HR).- Expertise in other ERP or HR solutions (e.G., SAP, Oracle, Workday) will be highly valued.- Language Skills:
High proficiency in English;
fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.- Skills:
