Role Description
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager based in London, Madrid, or Barcelona.

Join Kantar Media as a dynamic and hands-on Technical Project Manager supporting the implementation of a new audience measurement service in a leading market. You will own and implement the AGS infrastructure, systems, and applications in the Azure cloud environment that will operate the client measurement solution.
As the AGS Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the solution, coordinate with support teams, configure, test, and resolve technical challenges to ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end technical implementation of AGS, including systems, applications, training, and documentation aligned with Sweden solution requirements.
* Coordinate with the overall project PM to confirm governance, manage escalation processes, and implement change management protocols.
* Validate and oversee the delivery of AGS, ensuring support for market and technology needs.
* Establish checkpoints and milestones during delivery, and report progress to stakeholders and the cloud migration owner.
* Manage handover to Level 1 local operations and DevOps teams, including training and documentation, ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer based on Sweden requirements.
* Implement and manage support workflows with L1/L2/L3 teams, including ticketing and escalation processes.
* Test, configure, and validate deployed systems, ensuring they meet the solution specifications and are ready for market use.
* Review and maintain key project documents, including the cloud service profile and solution details.
* Ensure successful deployment of key processes such as meters, self-installation, and other delivery phases.
* Collaborate with SMEs to confirm configurations and validate user interfaces.
