In this role you partner with the Iberia business to drive Revenue Growth Management strategy across categories. You will translate insights into actions that improve revenue and profit through pricing, assortment, and trade investments, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will lead data-driven analyses, support senior decision-making, and help evolve BAT’s RGM capabilities. This is a pivotal role for shaping growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with regional and cross-team exposure.

• Develop and execute RGM strategy for Iberia across categories
• Drive sustainable net revenue growth via pricing, assortment and trade investments
• Collaborate across functions to identify risks/opportunities and support leadership in objectives
• Manage data/analytics projects and work with RGM COE to enhance capabilities
• Provide transparent financial insights on pricing, competitor trends, and cross-category interactions
• Support assessment and recommendations on assortment and major initiatives like TCI
• Prepare status updates and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement as part of the UK team, strengthening analytical and commercial acumen
Responsabilidades
• Six+ years in Finance, Marketing, or Consulting within FMCG
• At least 2 years in revenue growth management, sales analytics, marketing research, consumer insights, or category management
• Experience with BI/analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Solid understanding of data science and marketing analytics concepts
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen for decision-making and innovation
• Knowledge of marketing xpzdshu principles, strategy, and market dynamics; ability to provide financial insights on marketing initiatives
• Excellent influencing, leadership, and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to analyze complex data and present actionable recommendations
• Comfort with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and multi-project delivery
