Joint business planning is the cornerstone for the partner engagements and critical for the business success. The HPE WW Partner Programs manager for JBP is responsible for leading the development, readiness, and deployment of WW Joint Business plan programs across HPE’s ww geos – in close collaboration and engagement with the geo channel management and sales teams, and the various ww functions under the premise to drive strong channel sales with an outstanding partner experience.Key responsibilitiesProvide thought leadership & strategic insights to lead & influence WW strategy initiatives, as well as development & evolution of existing programsRepresenting geos specific market needs to enrich program development decisions with business rationale, competitive and market intelligence, ensuring global program standards.Build future development & enhancements of WW programs to further strengthen the value proposition for our channel and to ensure HPE continues to have the best channel program in the industry, especially ensuring the transformation towards aaS from a program perspective. Lead the execution end to end for successful implementation.Support & coordinate readiness, deployment, training & enablement, and change management of key global initiatives in geos to build a world class, high performing sales organization.Closely collaborate across HPE channel with Hybrid Cloud, Compute, Aruba Networking, Juniper and servicesActive involvement in geo review meetingsHaving cross-team collaborations to ensure the program is recognized and integrated into the wider organization:
wider channel organization, SS&P, Marketing, Executive Sponsorship Program, HPE Financial Services, Zenith pilot team, PRSP Team.Collaboration & coaching of Program Coordinator on reporting, surveys, geo support, program communicationThe role requires ongoing collaboration with geo leaders, finance, sales and operational functions – often requiring the ability to effectively manage and lead virtual teams across organizations.The Partner Programs manager reports to the Director of HPE WW Partner Programs Geos Engagement & Readiness, closely collaborating with other members of the team. The location for this position can be in any ww geo.Experience RequiredTypically 5-10 years of experience in channel sales, marketing, market research finance or business managementAbility to translate strategy into execution. Experience developing business strategy and translating business plan strategies into successful operational plans and driving executionDemonstrated experience in cross-organizational collaboration and relationship buildingExcellent written & oral communication skills in English - with a 2nd language being an advantage, ability to convince and influenceDemonstrated experience championing and driving changeAchieved planned financial results within a channel business at a region/area, business segment, or industry level.Acted as a Channel Planning, Marketing, Strategy or Operations expert in a global company responsible for planning / business development and operational efficiency.Advanced University Degree or MBA highly desired.Experience in working with IT or Operations organizations in defining requirements and implementing systems (preferred, not mandatory,Additional Skills:
