The culture is fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive, built on ownership, data-driven decision-making, and a shared drive to innovate in the digital trust space. brThe Role brAs an International Account Executive, you will: brOwn your sales pipeline and convert leads across inbound, outbound, and partner channels. brManage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, closing, and upselling. brBuild trusted relationships with stakeholders and clearly communicate the value of the solution. brCollaborate with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to maximize client success. brAccurately forecast revenue and maintain high-quality CRM data. What You'll Bring br5+ years of B2 B enterprise sales experience in European markets, with a focus on closing deals. brFull professional proficiency (minimum C2 level) in German and fluent in English; additional European languages a plus. brExperience managing the full sales cycle and navigating complex deals. brEntrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. brStrong listening, negotiation, and communication skills. brSelf-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven, thriving in a fast-growing scale-up environment.
