Main responsibilities:
* Actively participate in pre-sales and technical support processes, from needs assessment to closing proposals.
* Work alongside technical teams to design new services and to evolve and optimize existing ones.
* Analyze client needs, design customized cybersecurity solutions, and present and defend technical and commercial proposals.
* Prepare support documentation such as quotes, presentations, and solution defenses.
* Provide technical support to the sales department in acquiring new clients.
* Manage key accounts to identify opportunities and generate new business.
* Identify and evaluate new business opportunities aligned with Tarlogics growth strategy.

Minimum requirements
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
* Experience in pre-sales and solutions for offensive cybersecurity services.
* Experience managing and preparing proposals and budgets.
* Excellent English proficiency, with the ability to conduct meetings and negotiations.
* Teamwork skills, proactivity, and a customer-centric approach.
Nice to have
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, for both technical and non-technical audiences, in Spanish and English.
* Knowledge of penetration testing, Red Teaming, and/or cyber intelligence for technical communication.
* Relevant cybersecurity certifications/training (CISSP, CEH, CISA, eJPT, CompTIA Security+, among others).
