In close collaboration with the other back office departments of the Group, you will dive into the current needs of the Mar Com team to organise your work.
Responsibilities: Support the marketing department in our different missions; Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions; Active participation in enhancing Taleo's notoriety; Give support in event planning; Create assets and posts for social media posts; Assist in various ad-hoc tasks related to the company's life and projects (website, events, trainings, job fairs, internal and external projects, etc.).
Your competences required : You are currently studying for a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing and looking for a scholar internship; A first previous experience in Marketing or Communication environment, for professional or private scope, is considered a nice to have; You have a good proficiency in tools such as Power Point, Canva, Adobe, Share Point; You are autonomous, proactive, creative, and organized; You are able to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional environment (you will frequently be in contact with the managers of the company); You are eager to learn and willing to improve your skills; You are fluent in English (French would be consider a good advantage).
