Camper is a contemporary footwear brand based on the Mediterranean island of Mallorca. Combining design-driven innovation with over 145 years of shoemaking heritage, we are a certified B Corp that creates collections inspired by the laid-back local lifestyle and the arts, fusing traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design.
The position will be responsible for B2B customers operations.
Responsible for managing accounts operations, route orders according to customer requirements, meet delivery deadlines, handle delays, process returns, orders management, VAS and special requirements, logistics, deliveries follow up, shipments, customs.
Responsible for EDI process with the customer, communications follow up, transmissions between EDI and SAP, EDI operations monitoring and process improvements.
Responsible for customer conditions monitoring, prices, agreements, special discounts, claims and differences, credit Management, payments, bank reconciliation.
Key contact for accounts management and internal departments.

Desirable to have 1 year of working experience for a multinational or international brand in similar position.
University Degree in business administration or economics.
Required: Spanish and English, any other language as German is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills, Service orientated and must work well in a team environment. Passionate to apply technology to the customer operations processes.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (sheets, slides, Gmail, meet, docs), Office software specially with Excel and knowledge of SAP will be a plus.
Excellent communication skills: ability to transmit clear instructions, strategy, and direction both speaking and writing.
Affinity with the brands CAMPER & NNormal.
