What we’d like you to do

We are looking for a Martech Consultant specialized in Paid Social to play a key role at the intersection of strategy, technology, and media activation. Reporting to the Martech Team Lead, you will be responsible for helping our clients maximize the value of their Social tech stack by leading the integration of innovative solutions across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
You will work with key accounts, driving their digital maturity in Paid Social and ensuring the adoption of advanced processes such as Value-Based Bidding (VBB), Offline Conversions, and first-party data activation.

Act as a strategic and technical reference in Paid Social projects, providing guidance on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, among others.
Lead the implementation of technological processes in Paid Social, such as Value-Based Bidding (VBB), Offline Conversions, and Conversion APIs.
Develop and execute the Paid Social maturity framework, identifying opportunities for automation, improved measurement, and audience activation.
Design 1st Party Data strategies through CRM or CDP platforms.
Collaborate on projects that integrate other platforms such as Search Ads 360, Google Marketing Platform (GMP), and tools like Conversion API.
Participate in technological innovation initiatives, working with AI products and solutions developed within the department.
Ensure alignment between Paid Social strategies and the client’s data, programmatic, and technology ecosystem.
Apply best practices in Adtech adoption, digital maturity evolution, and performance strategies.
Stay up to date with new features, tools, and trends across Paid Social platforms

What we’d like you to bring

University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, or related fields.
Over 4 years of experience in Paid Social.
Deep knowledge of platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets and translate them into strategic recommendations.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, both on a technical and business level.
Organized, autonomous, results-oriented professional capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously.
Native Spanish speaker with a high level of English (minimum C1).

Additional valued experience:

Experience with Smartly, Search Ads 360, Google Tag Manager, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and 1st Party Data strategies.
Knowledge of programmatic advertising, ad serving, or data integration in cloud environments.
Previous experience in consulting, agencies, or digital transformation environments.
