The successful candidate will be fully responsible for the complete operation, commercial performance, and team development of more than ten stores within the assigned area. This is a highly active role that requires extensive travel between stores, on-site training, and direct involvement in sales and events to drive growth. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. brKey Responsibilities brPerformance Optimisation Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth and maximize productivity by exceeding KPIs. brDevelop and execute commercial strategies to ensure store profitability. brAnalyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales and identify improvement opportunities. brStore Operations Extensive Field Visits: Supervise the daily operations of all stores in the region, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards. This role involves extensive travel and field work to conduct audits, resolve issues, and provide direct support. Regular walking of the sales floor to engage with staff and customers is essential. brTeam Management Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of store supervisors and staff. Create a high-performance environment, foster a transparent culture, and act as a role model. Be responsible for training the team in customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge. brInventory Visual Merchandising Management: Manage stock levels, place orders, and optimize product availability. Oversee the visual presentation of stores and product placement to maximize appeal and sales. brCustomer Experience Promotional Activities: Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic partners. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty, handling complaints professionally. Organize and execute special promotions, displays, and events. brFinancial Management Reporting: Develop and manage store budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control. Analyze and report on financial and operational performance to senior management. brQualifications brExperience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail, with at least 5 years in multi-store management.
