Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Campaign Management Specialist to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical company.
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Service Overview:
The Campaign Management Specialist will work within the Campaign Automation team (HP Services Delivery Unit) to ensure timely and high-quality digital marketing execution and enablement services for internal stakeholders worldwide. Responsibilities include maintaining visibility of market campaign and customer journey plans, connecting these with execution across the Delivery Unit (DU), and providing updates to stakeholders and project owners.
The role requires expertise in digital marketing to act as a consultant, understanding market plans, and facilitating connections within the DU to ensure effective campaign delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with market teams, Platform Management Automation Services, and other DU teams to ensure campaigns meet global standards and client plans.
* Keep Delivery Managers, Service Account Leads, and other teams informed with regular updates.
* Review campaign dashboards and generate insights, including quarterly reports.
* Understand market needs and leverage other DU services when appropriate.
* Deeply understand customer campaign strategies across channels and stages.
* Serve as the main contact for customer needs, maintaining close relations with internal DU service providers.
* Connect internal customers with DU teams to advance projects and provide consultancy.
* Maintain communication within the Campaign Automation team and collaborate with other DU teams for efficient consultancy.
* Adhere to service processes, suggest optimizations, and provide solutions when needed.
Requirements & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, or related technical studies with business acumen.
* Experience in project management, client management, or digital marketing consultancy.
* Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
* Ability to blend business and technical knowledge to interpret requirements and develop solutions.
* Strong client management and incident de-escalation skills.
* Experience in Patient Engagement or B2C marketing is preferred.
* Familiarity with email, SMS channels, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
* Experience with Paid Media is a plus.
* Self-motivated, quick learner, creative, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
* Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, capable of working independently and interfacing with global audiences.
* Strong time and project management skills, capable of handling multiple fast-paced projects.
