Job Description
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule Requirements
Availability
The schedule varies weekly; expect to work at least 20-25 hours per week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. Hours may increase during peak periods to support business needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
- No supervisory or management experience required
- Fluency in English and Spanish at CEFR B2 level required
- Customer focus, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fashion trend knowledge
