WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager - Foods to join our Marketing Foods department in our Barcelona office.The Senior Brand Manager is the owner of the Local Brands. Leads the development of the national Brand Marketing Plan, within the category plan guidelines, to meet company goals. Leads a multifunctional team to implement the plan in the market place and monitors performance of the support plans. Participates in various cross-functional teams - Net Revenue Management,Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing Insight, Regional Brand Teams and externally with local agencies.You also bring perspective on performance against monthly target and respond to category gaps or activation requirements and stablish the forecast plan.WHAT YOU’LL DO:BRAND Market PLAN (BMP)- Build an strong long term Brand Market planBRAND MARKETING PLAN- Leading the development of two local brands end to end.- Build short /long term brand Strategy: Brand audit, Jobs to be done, 8Qactivity plans, Scorecards & in-market pricing.- Proposes brand activity and measurable objectives.- Develop plans to build the brand and drive growth to the category- Lead multi-functional innovation project teams local but even looking for integral opportunities.- Manage the brand's budget- Collaborate to ensure that the brand execution plan is excellent both offline and online.- Responsible for the brand P&L; & help drive profitability of the brand.- With Customer Development, sets national level brand KPI’s and channel marketing strategy and identify relevant in-store solutions.- Engage with key customers alongside CD.- Define together with the category team the Priorities, & Channel strategy of the brands.- Activates campaign ideas in the national market driving D4C if necessary.- Monitors brand performance to implement appropriate plan changes.- Development from scratch of the brand communication as well as working on the media plan. (ATL&BTL;)- Provides input to volume forecasting, financial updates and monitors key indicators and drivers of brand performance (6P’s).
