Your mission will be to boost the brand's presence through strategies, original content and effective social media campaigns. You will work closely with the sales team to better connect with our audience and strengthen the company's image.
Main responsibilities:
Content creation and production
- Develop original content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms, aligned with the brand's identity and values.
- Create videos, reels, stories and posts that convey confidence, energy and approachability.
- Identify digital trends and adapt them with your own approach.
- Write engaging and clear copy for each communication/sales channel.
Design and execution of digital campaigns
- Plan promotional or positioning campaigns to strengthen MT Group's presence.
- Collaborate with the team in defining objectives, audiences and key messages.
- Monitor results and make continuous improvements based on data.
- Contribute creative ideas to optimise advertising investment and increase impact.
Social media management and growth
- Plan and maintain a monthly posting schedule.
- Administer the company's official accounts, managing the community and interactions with empathy and professionalism.
- Analyse metrics and propose improvements to increase reach and engagement.
- Ensure consistency in tone, aesthetics and brand values in every post.
Requirements and skills
- Experience in creating and managing digital content.
- Knowledge of design and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator and similar.
- Ability to design and analyse digital campaigns, both organic and paid.
- Excellent writing skills, visual judgement and attention to detail.
- Proactive, organised and results-oriented attitude.
- Good communication skills and willingness to work in a team.
- English B2/C1.
The following will be particularly valued:
- Previous experience in Meta Ads or Google Ads campaigns.
- Knowledge of storytelling, influencer marketing or digital trends.
- Curiosity about innovation and the use of artificial intelligence applied to marketing.
- Ability to adapt and contribute new ideas in a dynamic environment.
