We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager Freelancer to join the IT team of a global leader in chemical & ingredient products, overseeing SAP projects across EMEA South and West clusters.
The successful candidate will manage projects involving SAP (ECC6) and other business applications, handle demand management, prioritization, communication, and reporting in collaboration with IT business partners, aligning with the Global IT PMO. The role reports directly to the IT Business Partner South and West clusters.
Requirements:
* Multilingual: Fluent in English, Spanish, and French; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
* Proven project management experience, preferably in a regional context.
* Strong knowledge of SAP ECC6 and S4HANA.
* Experience in demand management, stakeholder communication, and prioritization.
* Proficient in project management tools such as ASANA and ServiceNow.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
* PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Main Tasks:
* Support IT Business Partners with project alignment and strategy.
* Lead end-to-end ERP project management, including upgrades and enhancements.
* Provide ERP expertise and guidance.
* Manage M&A post-merger IT integrations.
* Collaborate on demand management and project prioritization.
* Communicate project updates and risks to stakeholders.
* Create and maintain project reports and timelines.
* Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Suggest process improvements for project management efficiency.
* Allocate resources effectively across projects.
