Customer Support Agent - DE speaker

Role Overview:

You will support our POS users by managing and prioritizing customer demands, providing high-quality service, communicating effectively, and assisting internal teams during major incidents. You will engage with customers through calls, emails, and chats.

Ideal Candidate:

* Fluent in German and English
* Problem-solver
* Outstanding communicator and customer-oriented
* Keen to evolve in a start-up environment
* Flexible to work on a rotating shift schedule
* Willing to work at our Barcelona HQ
