Responsibilities :
* Deliver front-end elements of Adobe Experience Manager and digital platform implementations.
* Adhere to client design standards and guidelines.
* Understand and align with the business needs driving projects.
* Implement Test-Driven Development and deliver high-quality outputs per organizational standards.
* Ensure proper documentation of unit testing and meet the Definition of Done (DoD) using tracker tools like JIRA.
Desired Skills and Experience
* 4-5 years of experience with modern client-side technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Experience in AEM and digital platform delivery.
* Knowledge of JavaScript patterns and best practices for scalable, maintainable web applications.
* Experience making web applications accessible across all devices and assistive technologies.
* Strong understanding of responsive web design, including mobile-first and desktop-first strategies.
* Familiarity with frontend build tools like Webpack, PostCSS, Babel, etc.
* Proficiency with version control systems.
* Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
* Attention to detail in design and coding quality.
* Adaptability to dynamic work environments.
* Collaborative mindset and relationship-building skills.
* Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proactive team player with analytical problem-solving skills.
Additional Preferred Skills
* Experience with functional or automated testing.
* Familiarity with task management and documentation tools like JIRA.
* Interest in learning new front-end technologies and frameworks.
* Github or similar portfolio to showcase work.
