Job Responsibilities
* As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient coordination within our logistics department. Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing order and project follow-up.
* Organizing transport logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
* Preparing packing lists and shipping documents.
* Communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, and project managers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* A Bachelor\ 's Degree in a relevant field.
* Strong language skills, including proficiency in French and English (Dutch is a plus but not required).
* Experience with import/export operations and international trade.
* Familiarity with Incoterms and experience handling Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees (preferred).
* Knowledge of VAT regulations within the EU.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
