Role Overview
We are looking for a Financial Controller to support and coordinate financial reporting across the group. This role will play a key part in ensuring timeliness of financial information, working closely with local finance teams to review and control reporting processes.
The position requires a strong background in accounting, hands-on involvement in ongoing financial reporting and analytical reviews, and the ability to coordinate and ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes .
Key Responsibilities
* Play a key role in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
* Extract, process, and enhance financial information in Excel spreadsheet.
* Ensure upload process of financial information into group consolidation platform.
* Provide financial support to both the Group Level and Local Country finance managers.
* Contribute to process improvements, reporting standardization, and financial control best practices.
Requirements
* Previous experience of at least 3 years in Financial Controlling within a multinational company .
* Proven experience working multinational companies, covering global positions.
* Professional background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Advanced level of English is a must, both written and spoken (used daily) .
* Portuguese and Italian language skills will be considered a plus.
* Strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration.
