What you will do
- Advise local and international clients on tailored insurance solutions.
- Generate and manage new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with professionalism and care.
- Work within a truly multicultural and international team.
What we are looking for
- Languages:
German (mandatory), English and Spanish
.
- Strong
organizational skills, dynamism, and commercial mindset
.
- Results-oriented with the ability to build trust and inspire confidence.
- Previous experience in
insurance or sales
is a
plus
, but not a requirement — we value motivation, learning attitud, and genuine care for clients.

- Permanent contract

- Fixed salary + attractive commissions

- Summer schedule
(July 1st – September 15th): 8:00 – 15:00.
- Winter schedule
: Monday to Thursday 8:30 – 17:00; Friday 8:30 – 15:00.
