 
        
        Sonnedix is seeking an Asset Manager to join their Operations team in Spain. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical and commercial performance of Sonnedix's portfolios, optimizing assets throughout their lifecycle, and maximizing returns while managing risks and expenditures.
The Asset Manager will prepare and monitor budgets, coordinate cross-functional activities with O&M and Finance, and ensure compliance with Sonnedix standards. They will also engage with landowners, authorities, lenders, and investors, building strong relationships to support smooth operations and portfolio growth. The Asset Manager will also play a key role in integrating new portfolios into Sonnedix standards.
Desirable Skills: Degree in Economics or Engineering, with technical/commercial training.
Proven experience in solar PV asset management in Spain - battery storage experience a plus.
Proven track record of managing stakeholders (landowners, regulators, insurers, technical advisors).
Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
