Responsibilities (Text Only)
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Gather customer insights to map solutions and services with customer business outcomes. Identify opportunities to improve customer solutions and position services to help customers achieve their objectives.
2. Help accelerate solution delivery and adoption through Value-Based Deliveries and repeatable Intellectual Property (IP).
3. Support customer skilling by delivering technical discussions, workshops, etc., that enable operational health and cloud readiness. Contribute to customer satisfaction by providing a positive customer experience.
4. Identify opportunities to drive consumption and grow business with existing customers by initiating conversations, providing demos or quotes, and collaborating with partners or internal teams (e.g., Technical Sales Professionals, Global Black Belts). For licensing transactions and project engagements, ensure rapid and robust deployment plans validated by services and partners.
5. Identify opportunities to expand and accelerate cloud consumption, drive business results, and help customers realize value from their Microsoft investments in collaboration with the Customer Success Account Management team or other account teams.
6. Utilize tools such as the Azure Pricing Calculator, Azure ROI Tool, and Azure TCO Tool to generate consumption project cost estimates and demonstrate cloud economic value to customers.
7. Share ideas, insights, and strategic technical input with technical teams and internal communities. Participate in external technical community events and generate new ideas for improvements to existing IP, technologies, and processes. Drive opportunities for IP reuse, best practice sharing, and consumption acceleration. Obtain relevant certifications and accreditations.
8. Maintain and grow expertise in one of the following areas while having breadth knowledge of the others:
1. Apps and AI: Maintain expertise in AI Foundry & App architecture, AI Management & Security, and cloud-native app development. Stay current with Azure, AI, and DevOps capabilities, and be proficient in enterprise languages like .Net, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, Python.
2. Data: Maintain expertise in Fabric Data Platform, Azure Databases, and on-premises data warehousing solutions. Build trusted advisor relationships with customer decision-makers.
3. Infra: Maintain expertise in Cloud Migration, Linux, PostgreSQL, security, and resiliency.
9. Identify issues and advise customers on performance optimization, resolve blockers, and escalate as needed. Overcome competitors and manage escalations with the Global Black Belt and engineering teams.
The candidate should demonstrate the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, collaborate across teams, and continuously update their technical expertise.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field AND relevant experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, architecture, or practice development.
* OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
* Extensive experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies and consulting roles.
* Master's Degree in relevant fields and significant experience.
* Strong customer-facing and technical project experience.
* Technical expertise in enterprise cloud and hybrid architectures, migrations, and management.
* Proficiency in development languages: .Net, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, Python.
* Certifications in Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google) and Data/Azure certifications listed in the original description.
