What youll do
* Host live sessions in Dutch: interact with users on-camera, manage gameplay or live streaming, and maintain high energy and engagement to deliver a professional and entertaining experience.
* Adapt your presentation style to different formats and games stay sharp and flexible to meet studio standards and audience expectations.
* Work with an international, multicultural team collaborating across departments to coordinate sessions, schedules and support smooth operations.
* Be reliable and flexible with shift work (rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends), to support a 24/7 live-studio schedule.
* Maintain professionalism deliver clear communication on camera, handle live interactions confidently, and contribute positively to the studio atmosphere.
What were looking for
* Native or fluent Dutch (C1+) excellent spoken and written communication. English proficiency is a plus (for internal communication and coordination).
* A friendly, outgoing and confident personality comfortable on camera, with good presence, calm under pressure and able to engage audiences.
* Previous experience in hosting, live-presenting, customer service or any role involving interactions with people a plus, though not strictly required.
* Flexibility to work non-standard hours including shifts, weekends or nights, adapting to live-studio demands.
* A team-oriented mindset and readiness to collaborate with a diverse, multicultural team.
