Job Responsibilities:
* Manage client administrative requests efficiently.
* Process refunds and manual invoicing according to established authorization policies.
* Modify contracts (corrections, changes in conditions, etc.) as needed.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and update contract conditions, customer data, etc.
Requirements:
* Native or highly proficient level of Dutch.
* High level of French and/or English.
* Minimum 1 year of experience performing similar tasks.
* Customer focus.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Positive mindset.
* Teamwork and collaboration.
* Analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and functions.
