We have long-term plans to be among the world’s largest owners and operators of clean energy assets, and are therefore looking to hire a Data Analyst to support the team’s IT Operations, ensuring data tradability and governance, data accuracy and completeness and perform data validation work and data analytics.
YOUR IMPACT
This position is part of the IT Operations team, supporting:
1) The definition and documentation of asset lifecycle processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across MN8 teams, and
2) The maintenance of high-quality, accurate, and reliable data within our systems to support business decision-making.
This role is ideal for early-career professionals or recent graduates looking to develop their skills in data analysis, reporting tools, and business operations within a fast-growing renewable energy company.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
Key Responsibilities include:
* Working closely with the Business Development team to identify minimum mandatory fields (MMFs) and support the entry of new opportunities into our CRM
* Perform data validation and integrity checks within reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and completeness
* Support the creation of dashboards and reports in Power BI for business and management use
* Build and maintain Excel reports, including pivot tables and basic data models
* Assist Project Managers (PMs) in developing and optimizing processes and procedures
* Engage with internal stakeholders to gather platform needs and support their translation into system or reporting improvements
* Collaborate with the Software Development team by sharing user feedback and business needs
* Perform data analysis to identify trends and potential business improvement opportunities
* Support financial reporting activities and document management processes
* Gain exposure to data integration processes and internal data systems
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Finance, Data or similar)
* Strong attention to detail and interest in working with data
* Good knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
* Fluency in English and Spanish
