Your responsibilities and impact as an Inside Sales Representative will include:
1. Proactively researching, identifying, and qualifying new business leads
2. Engaging prospects through cold calls, emails, and digital outreach
3. Qualifying inbound and self-service leads to ensure timely follow-up
4. Re-engaging dormant leads through targeted marketing campaigns
5. Promoting the use of online and self-service channels for customer convenience
6. Delivering personalized presentations that address client needs and goals
7. Managing and developing a portfolio of tier accounts to maximize retention and growth
8. Collaborating with sales colleagues to smoothly transition high-potential leads
9. Maintaining accurate lead and customer records in CRM systems
10. Reporting on KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve outreach and conversion
Skills, qualifications, and interests needed to succeed in this role:
11. 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or business development
12. Native or bilingual fluency in Dutch, plus professional English proficiency
13. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
14. Available to commute to their Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona) office
15. Strong track record of converting leads and meeting or exceeding targets
16. Familiarity with B2B sales and customer lifecycle management
17. Excellent communication and persuasion skills
18. Comfortable conducting virtual demos and using digital engagement tools
19. Self-starter with strong prioritization and time management skills
