An aggressive expansion program together with acquisitions in new vertical markets have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group.

About the Role:

To directly control Wholesale operations in a country /gulf, to achieve budgeted set KPI’s for wholesale of entire Almarai products in his geographic scope, building a proper wholesale strategy and coordinating, supporting, guiding, motivating & monitoring performance of wholesale team along with overviewing the execution of Wholesale yearly sales and Trade Marketing strategies.

Requirements :

· Bachelor’s degree from reputable university.

· Must have experience in Wholesale.

· Must have At least 3 years of sales management experience.

· Must have 3 Years’ experience in forecasting, budgeting and cost control. Experience in handling/supervising sales management teams, not less than 2 managers.

· Must have Computer literate.

· Must have competencies such as; Knowledge in sales operation (preferably wholesale market) dynamics. Proficient team management. Leadership skills & focused on results. Planning, forecasting & execution skills. Communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills. Assertive; time-management skills. Computer/ sales analysis skills. Problem solving & decision-making skills. Displays initiative; can work to targets and deadlines. Sound technical skills to set budgets by big geographic areas, understand factors that affect margin
