Coesia operates in 36 countries with 20 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2023.About the RoleThe mission of this position is to manage and execute aftersales offers (retrofit and other CS product lines) and orders through:
Direct contact with customers and agents.Support to CS sales area manager.Projects follow-up in collaboration with the different departments of Volpak.Main responsibilities include:
Direct contact with customers and agents via emails, phone calls, video calls, and onsite visits to promote sales of CS product lines (retrofit and other services).Issuing commercial offers and managing the sales process (quotation, invoicing, delivery).Following up and managing offers/opportunities through CRM platform.Supporting the CS Area manager to meet customer requests and achieve Volpak's order and sales targets.Collaborating with various departments to follow up on projects.Managing the internal order process until shipment and invoicing.Coordinating order requests with the CS Area Manager and sharing relevant information with involved departments.Ensuring customer requirements are met and facilitating customer feedback to the Head of Customer Service.Promoting a customer service culture within the CS team and other departments.Following up on overdue payments to ensure cash flow targets are met and pending payments are collected promptly.Supporting the development of new sales initiatives or tools for spare parts and retrofits.What You Need to Be SuccessfulAn engineering degree, preferably focused on industry and organizational projects, or extensive customer service or commercial experience.Knowledge of customer service methodologies.Experience with CRM, SAP, CPQ, and other software systems.Fluency in English;
additional languages are a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Our OfferFlexible timetable.Free life insurance.Option to add economic health insurance.Private parking.
