This role supports the implementation and deployment of continuous improvements for the General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Banking, Accounts Receivable, Project Systems, and Controlling capabilities of the PepsiCo Global template (built through SAP S4HANA concepts). The focus is on controlling and product costing/material ledger. Objectives include ensuring the Global Template supports finance business processes and continuous SAP solution improvements, while adhering to delivery principles for the Europe DevSecOps organization.
Your day-to-day with us :
1. Coordinate delivery in the FICO area for continuous improvements to S4HANA live markets within the Record-to-Report (RTR) team.
2. Support team members in defining solutions, planning delivery dates, executing changes, testing, and deploying solutions following PepsiCo processes.
3. Follow up, meet deadlines, and report status to stakeholders.
4. Deliver new solutions for business requirements, covering all phases from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
5. Support decision-making during deployment of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Controlling functionalities.
6. Partner with global leads to implement and deploy solutions.
7. Collaborate with process leads and SMEs to implement and deploy the Global Template.
8. Engage and educate business owners on solution optimization and standardization.
9. Work with onshore and offshore teams to manage product backlogs.
10. Ensure deployment of global lift-and-shift opportunities across sectors.
11. Adopt quality-focused development practices, fostering communication, teamwork, and innovation.
12. Implement Agile best practices like continuous integration and automated testing.
What will you need to succeed?
1. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
2. 12+ years of SAP ERP configuration, deployment, and management experience, especially in Controlling, Product Costing, General Ledger, Taxes, Banking, and Accounts Receivable.
3. 2+ years SAP S4 Finance experience preferred.
4. Strong financial and management accounting expertise with SAP.
5. Effective communication skills across organizational levels.
6. Ability to solve complex problems and influence stakeholders.
7. Adaptability to changing timelines and priorities.
8. Willingness to travel up to 10%.
