Your responsibilities:
PRE-VENTA:
- Offer remote technical support to internal clients (sales, contact center, etc.) and external clients to assist in product sales, resolving questions related to features, suitability, usage, maintenance, etc.
- Prepare technical studies: drafting budgets, designing projects, and associated documentation.
POST-VENTA:
- Provide remote technical advice to meet client needs:
* Remote support for equipment commissioning
* Diagnose reported faults and offer solutions
* Provide remote support to external technical services
* Configure electronic equipment
* Adjust and regulate control elements
* Review electrical and hydraulic wiring, etc.
* Handle chemicals necessary for equipment operation
* Perform adjustments on equipment that can be done at height (over 2 meters)
* Inform external clients and remotely advise during the installation process
FORMACIÓN:
* Prepare general and ad-hoc training sessions for clients and internal teams
* Conduct client training sessions. Annual training coordinated with the FCE training manager.
* Conduct internal team training sessions. Annual training coordinated with the FCE training manager.
CONTACT CENTER:
Provide technical support for calls from the Contact Center team, offering product information, spare part references, technical datasheets, and other inquiries.
TESTING:
Test new products launched to the market.
Provide product conclusion reports.
Analyze potential issues and solutions.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:
* Technical Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* At least 2 years of experience in a technical department
* English level B2
* Focus on customer satisfaction
* Effective communication skills in a high-demand environment
* Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
* Experience with Call Center tools
* Knowledge of Salesforce Service module or similar service management tools
* Basic knowledge of ERP systems (AS400 or others) is a plus
