Mission
IBA is strengthening its Purchasing organization and is looking for a Sourcing Category Managers, with an experience in Project-Based Sourcing (Third-Parties). As a Sourcing Category Manager, you will define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your category to maximize value, ensure supply continuity, and drive cost optimization while supporting innovation and sustainability. You will lead a team of sourcing professionals and collaborate across the organization to ensure your category strategy supports IBA’s operational and strategic goals.

2. Lead end-to-end sourcing activities and key supplier negotiations.

What we value
6. Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
7. Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management in an industrial company
8. At least 3 years in team leadership or people management.
9. Proven experience in project or third-parties procurement or project-based sourcing environments
10. Experience working in cross-functional project teams (Engineering, Project Management, Operations, etc.)
11. Ability to define procurement strategies aligned with project constraints (timeline, cost, technical requirements, risks)
12. Ability to balance category strategy with project-specific sourcing needs
13. Experience in supplier selection and negotiation for project-based requirements
14. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
15. Fluent in English; French is required (you will be able to have a professional conversation).
16. Proficiency with procurement systems, ideally SAP
