WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
* Guide and mentor the engineering team, defining technical direction and ensuring adherence to best practices.
* Architect, design and develop scalable, high‑performance MarTech solutions.
* Lead the technical implementation of projects, ensuring quality, timelines and compliance with requirements.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, marketing teams and other stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals.
* Identify, analyse and resolve technical challenges, providing hands‑on support when needed.
* Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes, code quality and delivery practices.
* Ensure smooth project execution through proactive risk management and technical decision‑making.
WHAT METHODOLOGIES WILL YOU USE?
* Architect and design scalable, high‑performance MarTech solutions.
* Lead technical project execution while ensuring quality, timelines, and requirement alignment.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, marketing teams, and key stakeholders.
* Align technical strategy with broader business goals and priorities.
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
* Provide hands‑on technical support to ensure smooth and successful delivery.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor degree IT related field
Years' experience: minimum 10 years in a similar role
English C1
WHERE AND WHEN?
Workplace: Hybrid Madrid or Barcelona
Work Schedule: Business Hours
