* Scan, evaluate, and validate emerging technologies, translating insights into actionable strategy.
* Define and set global architectures and standards enabling interoperability, scalability, and long‑term extensibility.
* Lead technology and vendor selection, including benchmarking, TCO, lifecycle analysis, and executive recommendations.
* Define how BMS/BAS data integrates with IT systems and enterprise platforms.
* Partner with IT and security to set appropriate network standards, embed cybersecurity, resilience, and compliance.
* Produce executive‑ready technology roadmaps, standards and guidance.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Controls, Automation, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
* 8+ years of experience in BMS/BAS, controls, or OT technology roles; OEM or platform product experience strongly preferred.
* A suitably qualified person with a technical qualification and +8 years of relevant experience will be considered, especially if experienced as a Product Manager.

* Deep expertise in monitoring, reporting, and optimisation tools focused on reliability and performance.
