Pb Site Manager – Industrial Greenfield EPC Project /b /ppb Location: /b Salamanca, Castile and Leon, Spain /p pb About the Role /b /p p A leading organisation in the industrial engineering sector is seeking an experienced b Site Manager /b to oversee the full on-site construction, installation, and delivery of a major greenfield EPC project in Salamanca. You will lead all multidisciplinary site teams, contractors, and subcontractors across civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, instrumentation, and commissioning scopes. This role is central to the successful delivery of one of the company’s flagship capital investments and offers the opportunity to work on a complex, large-scale build from early construction through mechanical completion, commissioning, and handover. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /p pb Site Leadership Construction Management /b /pulli Lead and manage all construction, installation, and build activities from the initial site set-up through to project completion. /lili Drive on-site execution plans, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets are achieved. /lili Represent the project at site level and act as the primary interface between contractors, project engineering teams, and senior leadership. /li /ulpb Multidisciplinary Team Oversight /b /pulli Coordinate and supervise all technical disciplines on site including civil, structural, ME, process, safety, and commissioning personnel. /lili Monitor subcontractor performance, labour allocation, resourcing, and daily activity planning. /lili Ensure seamless integration between work packages and construction phases. /li /ulpb Planning, Scheduling Progress Control /b /pulli Implement daily and weekly construction coordination meetings. /lili Monitor progress against the project schedule and identify constraints, risks, and mitigation actions. /lili Control site documentation including drawings, permits, method statements, and inspection records. /li /ulpb Quality, Compliance Safety /b /pulli Enforce strong HSE culture and compliance with Spanish construction law and EU standards. /lili Oversee site inspections, QA/QC checks, and acceptance criteria for all installed equipment and works. /lili Maintain permit-to-work systems, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and incident reporting processes. /li /ulpb Contractor Supplier Management /b /pulli Lead contractor kick-off, mobilisation, and performance reviews. /lili Manage site logistics, deliveries, lifting operations, storage, and material handling. /lili Support procurement decisions and vendor verification in coordination with the project team. /li /ulpb Commissioning Hand-Over /b /pulli Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities including punch lists, checksheets, and equipment readiness. /lili Work closely with OEM representatives, installation specialists, and commissioning engineers. /lili Ensure all site works meet handover documentation and quality standards. /li /ul pb Required Experience /b /p ulli Proven experience managing greenfield industrial construction projects. /lili Background in at least one of the following sectors: /lilib Oil gas, chemicals, biofuels, distillery, pharmaceutical, process manufacturing, or large industrial EPC builds. /b /lili Strong track record overseeing multidisciplinary contractor teams on complex construction sites. /lili Demonstrated ability to deliver large industrial plant installations from groundworks through mechanical completion. /lili Fluent Spanish; strong English communication skills. /lili Excellent site documentation and construction reporting capabilities. /lili Valid driving licence preferred. /li /ul
