As our Training Manager, you will oversee all training activities within our Product Inspection Division. This role involves managing and indirectly leading the global training community, including stakeholders and competence centers in Malaysia and the US.

1. Enhancing the global training strategy of the Product Inspection Division.
2. Ensuring alignment of training content, format, and delivery worldwide, including harmonization and standardization of processes.
3. Developing training programs in service and sales to improve skills and meet targets.
4. Driving service and sales competence and efficiency.
5. Developing and editing training materials.
What You Need to Succeed
Education:
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Science, or Business Administration.
Working Experience:
Several years in a similar role related to training, project management, service, or sales within a matrix organization. Experience in the packaging industry, automation, process technology, or special machinery is highly desirable.
IT Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Interest in learning content software, camera equipment, and related technology.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish are highly valued.
