Key Responsibilities:
Manage strategic relationships with developers, utilities, and IPPs across Europe
Drive new market development and key account management activities
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, sales, and support teams
Engage directly with senior leadership to support growth and succession plans
Operate in a flexible hybrid working model (Madrid-based preferred)
The Person:
5+ years of senior commercial experience in solar, wind, or other renewables
Proven success with major energy clients or utilities across European markets
Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory)
Commercially sharp, technically fluent, and confident in complex negotiations
Independent, hands-on, and thrives in a flat, agile organisational structure
Stability and long-term commitment are key
