**Our opportunity**In this role you will support the operation and maintenance of the internal control framework and governance for IAA (Investment Administration & Accounting) to ensure effective risk management across the globally positioned Investment Management back office. This includes promotion of a risk awareness culture and providing the stakeholders with means to allow for reliable assurance, reporting and operational processes.**Your role**As an IAA Operational Risk & Compliance Manager your main responsibilities will involve:- Working in partnership with Group Investment Management Assurance Function, Group Risk and IAA management, process owners and outsourcers to ensure:- Maintenance and review of IAA processes and controls documentation in compliance with Zurich and industry ICFR standards as well as IAA specific policies and guidelines- Maintenance and/or development of IAA specific policies and guidelines to address key operational risks- Oversight and monitoring of the team’s compliance with internal policies and with external regulations- Coordination of audit related activities for both Zurich internal but also external audit reviews- Operation of the IAA operational risk framework including operational key controls, incident and Operational Event Management- Support risk assessment processes and follow up on improvement actions (TRP, TDS, IAA risk committee meetings)- Review, improve and maintain Business Continuity Management environment in collaboration with required stakeholders, including testing- Support triage and applicability assessment of regulatory changes**Your Skills and Experience**As an IAA Governance and Operational Risk Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:- Professional qualifications and/or prior working experience in accountancy, finance, investment management or audit- Experience with the maintenance of risk and controls frameworks or SOC audit- Experience with Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery testing- Exposure to regulatory requirements’ assessments would be a benefit but is not prerequisite- Ability to resolve conflicts, work with diverse cultures collaboratively, manage stakeholder sensitivities- Ability to see the bigger picture, think creatively to provide alternative solutions, meet deadlines- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal format in English, additional company languages (German or Spanish) would be an asset**Additional Information****As well as a competitive salary and a yearly bonus we offer benefits package which includes**:- Option to **work remotely within Spain** even up to 80%- Flexible working hours- Wide range of internal and external trainings- Free English, German and Spanish classes depending on the needs- Ticket restaurant- Life Insurance- Pension Plan - after 1 year in the company- Referral bonus if you bring other talented people like you- Special banking and insurance conditions- Exclusive Employees discounts**Who we are**Looking for a challenging and inspiring work environment where you can make a difference?
