Jacquemus was founded by Simon Porte Jacquemus in 2009 in Paris, France.
Dedicated to the memory of the designer’s late mother, the brand draws inspiration from a passion for culture. The Jacquemus ready-to-wear and accessories collections for men and women reference the French way of life and universal gestures of beauty, encompassing influences from fine art photography to decorative arts, cinema, painting, and sculpture.
Throughout the years, Jacquemus has staged runway productions in unique and unexpected locations, including a Parisian swimming pool, the Musée Picasso, a lavender field in Provence, a wheat field outside Paris, a salt marsh in the Camargue, and a beach in Hawaii. More recently, the brand has embraced settings such as the canal of the Château de Versailles (Le Chouchou), the Fondation Maeght (Les Sculptures), Casa Malaparte (La Casa) and Auguste Perret’s Parisian apartment (La Croisière).
Based in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, Jacquemus is an independent fashion house with over 300 employees. Renowned for its fast-growing digital presence and its worldwide business spread, the brand has created innovative retail experiences around the world before opening its first permanent flagship store at 58 Avenue Montaigne in Paris in 2022. Following this milestone, international boutiques have opened in New York (SoHo), London (New Bond Street), Los Angeles (Melrose Avenue) and Dubai.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Boutique Supervisor, you are a key leader on the floor, driving performance while engaging the team around an exceptional client experience.
You support the Store Manager in the daily management of the boutique and ensure brand standards are consistently delivered in a fast-paced, international environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Performance
Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs
Translate commercial objectives into clear and motivating actions for the team
Monitor daily performance and adapt floor actions accordingly
Drive sales through product focus, storytelling and client engagement
Encourage a performance-driven mindset while maintaining a positive team dynamic
Team Leadership & Engagement
Engage, align and motivate the team
around sales objectives and client experience standards
Lead daily briefs and on-the-floor coaching to ensure consistency in service and attitude
Act as a key relay for the Store Manager and take ownership when required
Lead by example with an exemplary selling ceremony and behaviour
Support onboarding, training and continuous development of team members
Create a collaborative, energetic and committed team environment
Client Experience & CRM
Embed a strong client-centric culture within the team
Ensure each team member delivers a premium, personalised and memorable client experience
Coach the team on client approach, storytelling and relationship-building
Actively develop client loyalty and CRM performance
Handle sensitive client situations xpzdshu with professionalism, empathy and leadership
Operations & Visual Excellence
Ensure brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards are fully respected
Support daily operations (cash desk, stock, deliveries, organisation of the floor)
Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, especially during peak seasonal periods
Guarantee compliance with procedures and brand standards
PROFILE & MINDSET
Previous experience as a Supervisor or Senior Sales Associate in a premium or luxury retail environment
Strong leadership mindset with a natural ability to bring teams on board
Passionate about client experience and service excellence
Hands-on, proactive and comfortable leading from the floor
Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, seasonal context
Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong plus)
Flexible availability (weekends, evenings, peak season)
