In this role, you will lead the implementation and adoption of Google Workspace tools across our organization, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing user productivity.Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for Google Workspace implementationCollaborate with stakeholders to identify and address potential barriers to adoptionCreate and deliver training programs to support user adoption of Google Workspace toolsAnalyze user adoption metrics and provide regular reports on progress and areas for improvementManage communication plans to keep all levels of the organization informed about changes and benefitsWork closely with IT teams to align change management activities with technical implementation timelinesDevelop and maintain change management documentation, including user guides and best practicesContinuously assess and refine change management approaches based on user feedback and adoption ratesAct as a subject matter expert on Google Workspace features and functionalityProvide ongoing support to ensure sustained adoption and utilization of Google Workspace toolsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field;
Master's degree preferred1-3 years of experience in change management, preferably in IT or SaaS environmentsStrong knowledge of Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, etc.)Demonstrated experience in change management methodologies and best practicesExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insightsOutstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levelsGoogle Workspace certification is highly desirableExperience with change management in cloud-based productivity suitesKnowledge of organizational development principlesFamiliarity with training and adoption strategies for software implementationsFluency in English and Spanish is requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAdditional InformationIt would also be valuable to have experience giving training in Microsoft 365 and/or to know the change management methodology and to have implemented it in other technology companies.SummaryType:
