The Role

As an Account Director, you will manage the ITS relationship with key clients. Working with IQVIA colleagues, you will support the broader IQVIA offer and represent IQVIA Translation Services (ITS) independently. Your main goal is to drive ITS revenue by presenting innovative and effective language solutions, winning new clients, and expanding existing accounts while ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will also identify new revenue opportunities and collaborate with account teams to deliver enterprise-level programs that enhance IQVIA's reputation and position ITS as the preferred strategic language vendor.

Your Responsibilities

* Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets by managing assigned accounts to achieve or exceed growth goals.
* Coordinate sales and service activities regionally and nationally to ensure a shared vision and effective client engagement strategy.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of client needs and challenge with innovative ideas to grow account value over time.
* Understand IQVIA and ITS capabilities to maximize account growth.
* Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with account strategies and support new business opportunities.
* Manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* 7-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 7 years in a client-facing role.
* Deep understanding of language services and industry trends.
* Highly numerate with excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong asset.
* Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines, manage priorities, and adapt to changing demands.
* High business awareness.
