We are looking for an Analyst to play a vital role in supporting the commercial success of our retail operations. In this role, you will help shape how the business plans, measures, and improves performance across the 100 retail brands that operate in Las Rozas Village.
About the role
Your primary focus will be to support our retail team and Retail Director in delivering against yearly business targets through strong planning, forecasting, and analysis:
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyze retail performance metrics (KPIs) such as footfall, sales, capture, conversion, and average spend per customer to support goal setting and decision-making.
- Develop and present executive-level reports and dashboards that summarize performance
- Lead on building new reporting frameworks
- Monitor and analyze Domestic and International customer performance
Role requirements
Idóneo experience and skills:
- Proven experience in a Controller, Retail Analyst, or Commercial Business Partner role.
- Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, Salesforce, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of fashion retail operations, brands, or customer insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience creating executive-level presentations and performance reports.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
