The Challenge:
Your mission will be to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the company's financial statements. You won't just execute the closing process; you will be the guardian of accounting standards (local GAAP/IFRS) and the key liaison with the Group to harmonize financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* R2R Cycle & Closing: Execute high-quality month-end closures, including journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
* Quality Control: Guarantee the application of Group standards and ensure full reconciliation of balance sheet and Intercompany accounts.
* Asset Management: Lead the Fixed Assets lifecycle (additions, disposals, and depreciation).
* Reporting & Audit: Prepare P&L and Balance Sheets, upload data into corporate reporting tools, and provide key support during audits.
* Tax & Analysis: Review VAT records and perform technical variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget).
What profile are we looking for?
* Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration + Specialized Master's degree.
* Experience: Minimum of 4 years in complex accounting or finance departments.
* Systems: Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
* Languages: Advanced level of English.
* Hard Skills: Expert in accounting regulations (local GAAP/IFRS) and technical variance analysis.
