Senior Salesforce Developer – Omega CRM.
Responsibilities
* Requirements analysis.
* Participate in the technical design of projects.
* Perform effort estimations for projects.
* Work in coordination with the Omega team and/or the client to contribute to achieving project objectives.
* Analyze and improve application performance.
* Identify potential technical risks within the project and propose alternative solutions.
* Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project.
* Document processes and monitor system performance metrics.
* Validate and test the technical solution against business requirements.
* Train end users on the developed project functionality and proper use of the software.
* Implement the latest technological advances and solutions.
* Comply with software quality standards agreed upon with Omega’s Technical Management.
* Produce technical documentation for completed projects.
* Actively contribute to the training of other team members.
* Collaborate within Omega’s community of practice by sharing technical knowledge.
* Identify potential methodological improvements for the technical team.
Qualifications
* Degree in Computer Engineering or a similar technology-related field.
* At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
* Experience developing solutions on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in the Salesforce ecosystem; experience in other Salesforce clouds is a plus.
* Knowledge of development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, LWC, migration tools, SOQL, web services).
* Understanding of both DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles, as well as the importance of SDLC and coding methodology principles.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned applications.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Any Salesforce certification is a plus.
