At Factorial, we're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager for our Finance vertical. Our plans are ambitious :
we want to 3x our Financial suite revenue in 2025 (Expense Management, Project Management and Accounting) and launch 2 new products.

Who you’ll be working with
You will be part of the Product Marketing team, an international and dynamic team with different backgrounds but, most importantly, a bunch of really good and fun people.
There are 4 Product Marketing Managers in the team :
Dani, Marialuisa, Bea, and Guillem, and we're looking for two more (Finance and Operations).
Carmen, Head of Product Marketing, leads the team. Previously, she managed product teams at Factorial for 2 years. The team reports to Laura, our Head of Marketing and previous Director of Product Marketing.
At Factorial, Product Marketing connects the commercial side of the organization with the product side. Expect to work closely with customer-facing teams (Customer Experience, Sales, Operations), Marketing teams (Inbound, Performance, Brand), and Product, especially Finance's Product Director, Valeria, as you do with your PMM peers.
A day in the PMM life
The day-to-day will vary a lot;
we promise you won’t get bored. You will see yourself switching between strategic tasks, like planning how to invest the budget for your next GTM campaign or preparing a new product release, to more tactical ones, such as creating pitch decks or preparing training for the sales teams.
You will also do a lot of coordination, project management, and continuous communication to ensure alignment among teams. A big part of your mission is to not let things fall through the cracks.
You’ll come almost every day to our Barcelona office to meet face-to-face and work with Sales, CX, Product, and Marketing teams. You’ll have flexibility to WFH some days during the week and in special seasons (Winter holidays, Summer).
Who you are

* You have +4 years of Product Marketing in SaaS.
* You are a great communicator and storyteller.
* You excel at speaking English and you speak one of these languages too :
French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese (Natively or C2).
* You're an expert on competitive intel research and becoming the voice of the customer. You can't wait to meet clients.
* You care about proper messaging no matter the channel :
presentations, public speaking, giving feedback to the team, etc.
* You pay attention to details and are obsessed with top quality content.
* You have successfully managed big projects with many stakeholders and teams, especially GTM Campaigns and Product Launches.
* You are a curious, adaptable, and proactive person, willing to learn everything you can no matter the definition of your role.
* You are business driven. You love to look at data to discover opportunities for growth and bottlenecks that need to be solved.
* You are not shy to ask questions or give feedback to others.
* You speak German or French.
* You have experience in Finance.
