Within this team, you will work on projects developing new mission planning solutions for state-of-the-art studios as well as GMV's suite of software products.
* Initial duties will include software design and development (in Java and other technologies), researching software and integration issues, and supporting client meetings. You will also support activities to improve data visualization and GUI enhancements.
* Your main duties involve supporting software development, validation, and verification within the scope of typical software lifecycle projects and maintenance projects in the Mission Planning division. Specification and design based on user requirements are also part of the role.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We are seeking software engineers with experience in cloud technologies who are interested in working in the space sector. Knowledge in:
* Java programming
* C++ programming
* Development of REST interfaces and service-oriented architectures
* Spring Boot / Tomcat
* SVN / Git
* Databases (PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MySQL), Java JPA, Hibernate, etc.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and services such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform will be highly valued.
