What You Can Expect The Sales Planning & Incentives Management team is responsible for supporting markets with GTM, seller territories mapping and assignment, sales force optimization, performance and incentives. This group plays a critical role in the company’s transformation into a data-driven organization. This role will be responsible for maintaining commercial team mapping and optimization, supporting the business in target setting and running incentives calculations.
Responsibilities Work with the business to maintain and update commercial teams territories mapping on the Varicent Sales Planning platform
Support the business in setting quarterly and yearly targets
Run data validation and reconciliation
Ensure that commercial team performance on Power BI reflects mapping and rules on the Varicent SP platform
Work closely with Commercial team and HR to ensure new joiners and role changes are reflected correctly on platforms
Run quarterly incentives on Varicent ICM following the Incentives Plan design
Run validation checks and manage exceptions and requirements from Senior Leadership
Answer business inquiries and provide data-driven insights
Ability to create models for providing business insights to the Leadership team
Qualifications BSc or MSc in data analytics or related field
Analytical ability to gather data, perform complex analysis, and solve business and technical problems
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Effectiveness or Consulting in healthcare (preferably Orthopedics) using data analysis tools
Knowledge of digital systems such as Power BI
High interest and passion for data analysis and performance tracking
Ability to work independently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with a diverse group
Creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Interest in new healthcare technologies
Fluency in written and spoken English is required
Special Expertise SQL and Python programming
Strong Excel skills
Ability to clean and validate data for uniformity and accuracy
Experience in data mining and machine learning
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Italian & English language proficiency
