AI-native B2B software disrupting large markets and DeepTech.🔍 What You Will Do - Dealflow Ownership:
You’ll take primary responsibility for the startups handed to you—building the rapport with founders, driving diligence and shaping the IC discussion—so a company you personally champion can become a portfolio investment.- Market Research:
Dive deep into nascent sectors, spot trends and technology shifts, and craft concise briefs that inform investment theses.- Due Diligence:
Work with the investment team to analyze business models, product-market fit metrics, teams, competition, financials, and cap tables—owning sections of the investment memo.- Portfolio Impact:
Track company KPIs, build benchmarking dashboards, and jump into post-investment projects such as data collection or market expansion studies.💡 Who We Are Looking For- 2+ years in a demanding environment (consulting, investment banking, FAANG/scale-up ops, strategy, or data):
You’ve shipped work under pressure and can drop into founder meetings on Day 1.- Passionate about tech, data, and the founder journey.- Relentlessly curious & intellectually humble—eager to learn about new topics, probe assumptions, and adapt when data dictates.- Clear, concise communicator—decks, memos, or hallway chats.- Collaborative team player—builds trust quickly, lifts others to deliver collective wins.- Fluent in Spanish and English.Bonus Points- Efficiency orientation & AI-savviness:
you already lean on GenAI (OpenAI, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) to slash research time and have dabbled with custom GPTs or basic Python scripts to automate grunt work.- Prior exposure to early-stage investing, founder experience, or deep-domain expertise in any of our focus verticals.- Engineering or science background / strong technical degree.🌟 Where This Can Take YouWe deliver immersive, hands-on training in venture-capital analysis that gives you a genuine foothold in the industry and a clear shot at a full-time VC role.
