SAP CO Functional Consultant
Essential Skills
Strong functional expertise in SAP CO, including Product Costing and Material Ledger
Solid understanding of end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
Experience working within SAP S/4HANA environments
Proven ability to design, customize, and optimize controlling processes
Experience with SAP CO integration across modules such as FI, MM, and PP
Fluent English communication skills
Desirable Skills
Experience supporting or leading SAP S/4HANA rollout or transformation projects
Exposure to process automation and harmonization initiatives
Experience delivering user training, workshops, or knowledge-sharing sessions
Familiarity with SAP authorization concepts and governance processes
Experience working with external service providers or within managed service environments
Additional language skills beyond English
About the Role
This role plays a key part in shaping and optimizing the SAP Controlling (CO) landscape within a global S/4HANA environment.
You will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting CO processes, ensuring they effectively enable informed decision-making across the business.
Working closely with controlling teams and IT stakeholders, you will act as a trusted partner—translating business requirements into robust SAP solutions while identifying opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
The position also involves contributing to ongoing SAP S/4HANA initiatives, supporting system users, and ensuring alignment with internal policies and compliance requirements.
You will collaborate with both internal teams and external partners, playing an active role in driving system adoption and continuous improvement across the organization.
