This role is designed to drive growth in the Process Heat (GF3) segment across Spain, with a strong focus on industrial OEMs, plant builders, EPCs, and system integrators. The key objective is clear: Expand market share, generate new business opportunities, and increase turnover through technical-commercial leadership in a highly specialized industrial market. We are looking for a candidate with proven market knowledge in industrial thermal processing and combustion systems, not an entry-level profile. Market & Technical Focus Industrial furnaces and thermal process systems Aluminium melting, ceramics, plastics, and chemicals Oil & Gas and energy systems Packaging and other process industries Industrial burners and boiler manufacturers (OEMs) Gas trains, valve systems, pressure regulation Combustion control systems Industrial process heat applications Regulatory and safety frameworks (CE and local standards) is essential. Key Responsibilities Identify, approach and develop new OEMs and industrial customers within your territory Strengthen relationships with plant builders, integrators, and end users Increase average deal size through system and solution selling Actively win business from competitors in your area Execute strategic sales goals aligned with HQ (EMEA Process Heat) Develop tailored gas control and burner system solutions in cooperation with engineering teams Act as project lead during the solution design phase Advise customers on component selection and system configuration Translate complex technical requirements into commercially viable offers Support negotiations, pricing strategy and contract discussions Register and manage opportunities in coordination with Back Office Monitor project progress from first contact to order placement Ensure full traceability and reporting within the Group matrix structure Collaborate closely with HQ for customized or high-value
